Code of Conduct & Consent Agreement

At Kinky Yacht, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space for all guests. This is more than a party — it’s a community built on enthusiastic consent, trust, and freedom.

By booking and boarding Kinky Yacht, you agree to the following:

Core community values:

  • Consent is Mandatory.
     Consent must be clear, enthusiastic, ongoing, and freely given. "No" means no. "Maybe" means no. "Silence" means no.
    Consent can be revoked at any time.

  • Respect All Boundaries.
     Physical, emotional, and social boundaries are to be honored. Do not pressure, coerce, or manipulate anyone into participation.

  • Discreet, Confidential, Private.
     What happens on Kinky Yacht stays on Kinky Yacht. No sharing of names, photos, or experiences without explicit permission from everyone involved.

  • Body & Identity Inclusivity.
     All genders, bodies, sexualities, relationship styles, and levels of experience are welcome here. Fatphobia, transphobia, homophobia, racism, ableism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

  • No Means No for Play, Photos, and Conversations.
     Always ask before touching, photographing, or joining a scene. Respect verbal and non-verbal cues.

ON-BOARD ETIQUETTE:

  • Participate only in activities you fully consent to.

  • Always negotiate scenes in advance.

  • Respect the use of safewords and scene-ending gestures immediately.

  • Clean shared equipment after use (sanitizing supplies provided).

  • Keep personal belongings tidy to respect the shared space.

  • Substance use must not impair your ability to give or receive consent.

Consent and Safeword Policy:

  • Universal Safeword: "Red" (immediate stop)

  • Caution Safeword: "Yellow" (slow down, check in)

  • Physical safeword: Raising hand (for those who may not verbalize)

Violating the consent of another guest is grounds for immediate removal from the yacht with no refund and potential permanent banning from future events.

pHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:

  • No personal photography or video allowed without explicit permission.

  • Our in-house, consent-aware photographer may be present for some events. Participation in photos is fully optional.

CODE OF CONDUCT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

By boarding Kinky Yacht, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood the Code of Conduct.

  • You agree to abide by the community standards at all times.

  • You understand that violating these agreements may result in your immediate removal from the cruise without refund.
